Teseme Robi came to the legal field out of genuine curiosity. She wanted to explore different backgrounds and professions and see for herself what working in law was really like. That openness turned into a career, and it still shapes the way she approaches her work today. She meets every client and every case with the same willingness to learn and understand.

Fluent in Amharic, Teseme is an important part of our firm's mission to serve multicultural and underrepresented communities. She helps Ethiopian clients feel at home at the firm, bridging language and cultural gaps so that everyone she works with can fully understand their case and feel heard.

At W. Thomas Yi & Associates, Teseme's greatest strength is her connection with clients. She is patient and kind, and she takes the time to build real relationships with the people she works with. Instead of feeling like just another case, they feel like someone is genuinely in their corner. She wants her clients to feel comfortable, to trust that their case is in good hands, and to walk away feeling relieved rather than overwhelmed. She understands that many clients come to the firm during a stressful time, and she does everything she can to lift that weight off their shoulders.

Her care has not gone unnoticed. Many of Teseme's clients come to the firm through referrals from friends and family, a reflection of the trust she earns and the relationships she builds one person at a time.

Outside of the office, Teseme treasures time with her kids, family, and friends. Her faith is important to her, and she is active in her church community.
