We are a multi-cultural/linguistic law firm, established in 1994, with over 30 years of legal experience in providing personal legal services for the richly diverse Washington Metropolitan community.  It is our privilege to serve the individual needs of our clients to restore what was lost, recover what had been taken, in mind and body, with a fair and just monetary recovery from those that caused harm.

Our Founder & Attorney

  • Thomas Yi has been an attorney since 1989. As part and founder of the W. Thomas Yi & Associates, the group of attorneys have served the wonderfully diverse DMV communities in seeking fair recompense for all that was lost (physically, emotionally, and monetarily) by the negligent actions of another.

What We Believe

We’d like to believe that we too are in the business of “healing.” Though we may not take direct part in the physical/emotional healing of an injured client, we do have a critical part in cultivating and realizing the “financial healing” of an aggrieved individual. Thomas Yi is the founder of W. Thomas Yi & Associates and a personal injury attorney with more than 35 years of experience representing injured clients throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Known for his dedication to the diverse communities of the DMV, Mr. Yi is committed to providing compassionate guidance and strong advocacy for every client he serves.

Attorney

Connor Yi is an attorney with extensive experience in personal injury. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, as well as other personal injury matters. Throughout his career, Connor has appeared regularly in courts across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, advocating for clients at every stage of litigation.
